I’m proud to share that I have earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, a professional milestone that is also deeply personal to me.

My grandmother lived to be 106, and through her I witnessed what it truly means to age with dignity, independence, and community. I also saw how later-in-life decisions, especially around housing, impact entire families. That perspective continues to shape how I serve my clients today.

As a Certified SRES®, I specialize in helping homeowners aged 50+ navigate buying, selling, downsizing, and relocating during significant life transitions in Marin and San Francisco. These moves are often connected to retirement, financial planning, health changes, or a desire to simplify, and they require more than a standard real estate approach. They require patience, strategy, and the guidance of a trusted advisor.

My training focused on the financial and lifestyle complexities that mature clients and their families face when making long-term decisions. In addition, I provide access to a trusted network of professionals, including move managers, estate sale specialists, and financial and tax advisors, to ensure every step of the process feels supported and seamless.

For me, this designation is about more than credentials. It’s about honoring the lessons my grandmother taught me.
